Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Simple Adhan mobile application (“App”) published by Lisa Celic (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Simple Adhan provides prayer times, Qibla direction, notifications, and related tools for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with its operation.
2. No religious guarantee
Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated estimates based on location, settings, and widely used methods. You are responsible for verifying times with local guidance when accuracy is critical.
3. Free and Premium features
Core features of the App are currently offered free of charge and may include advertising.
Premium (coming soon): We may offer optional paid subscriptions or one-time purchases in the future (“Premium”). Pricing, features, and availability will be shown in the App before purchase. Premium terms will supplement these Terms when offered.
4. Subscriptions and purchases (future Premium)
When Premium becomes available, purchases will be processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under Apple’s terms:
Unless required by law or stated at purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable through us; refund requests must be directed to Apple.
5. Advertising
The free version may display ads served by third parties such as Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third-party networks and is not endorsed by us.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using the App, you also agree to that policy.
7. Intellectual property
The App, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
